Welcome to Inked Paper Company. By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Turnaround Times

All stationery ordered directly through my website will be dispatched within 6 weeks of your order date, provided your digital mock-up is approved within 5 days of receiving it. If approval is delayed, the turnaround time may be extended accordingly. You will always receive a final digital proof to check and approve before your order is sent to print.

2. Shipping

Delivery Locations:
I am based in the UK and ship worldwide.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • UK Orders: Typically arrive within a few working days after dispatch.

  • International Orders: Can take up to 14 working days depending on the destination and postal service used.

Express International Delivery:
If you need your order sooner, a faster shipping option is available for an additional fee. Please email me at inkedpapercompany@gmail.com or use the contact page to arrange this.

Customs & Import Fees:
International customers may be charged customs duties or import taxes when their parcel arrives in their country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility, and I recommend checking local regulations in advance.

Lost or Delayed Parcels:
Once your order has been dispatched, I cannot be held responsible for any delays, losses, or damages caused by the postal service. However, I’ll always do my best to help if something goes wrong—so please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

3. Returns & Cancellations

Because all items are personalised, all printed products are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once your design is approved and sent to print, no changes or cancellations can be made.

It is your responsibility to ensure all spelling, dates, and details are correct in your mock-up before giving final approval. You will always receive a proof to review before printing, so you are in full control of your order.
