RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

At Inked Paper Company, every piece of stationery is lovingly made to order and personalised just for you. Due to the bespoke nature of my products I am unable to accept returns or offer refunds on any printed items.

 

Responsibility for Wording & Spelling

Before anything goes to print, you will receive a final digital mock-up of your stationery to review and approve. It is your responsibility to check all spelling, grammar, dates, and details carefully at this stage. Once approved, your design is considered final and will be sent to print exactly as signed off so make sure you double check all the details carefully.

 

Final Approval Process

I want you to feel confident and in control. That’s why nothing is printed until you have given your final written approval of mock-ups.


Personalised Items Are Non-Refundable

All stationery is customised with your unique wording and design choices. As such, once your order has been printed I cannot offer refunds or accept returns even if there is an error.

That’s why my approval process is so important. You’ll always receive a final mock-up to review and sign off before anything goes to print, giving you full control and peace of mind. Of course, if there are ever any issues or you have any questions I’m always here to help!
