Shipping policy
I’m based in the UK and happily ship worldwide from my small studio in Manchester. Here’s everything you need to know about how your order will be delivered.
Delivery Times
Delivery times will vary depending on your location:
UK Orders:
Standard Shipping: Typically arrive within 3-5 working days once dispatched via Royal Mail.
Express Shipping: Next Day Delivery
International Orders:
Standard Shipping: Can take from 3-14 working days via Royal Mail/USPS
Express Shipping: Shipped with FedEx and typically takes 3-5 Working Days

I will do everything I can to make sure your order arrives with more than enough time and have never had any issues.
Customs & Import Fees
If you’re ordering internationally, please be aware that customs fees or import taxes may apply once your parcel reaches your country. These charges are your responsibility, and I recommend checking with your local postal service so you know what to expect. The full cost of postage from the UK is covered, but any additional charges are out of my control.
Lost or Delayed Orders
Once your order has been dispatched, I can’t take responsibility for any delays, losses, or damages caused by postal services, especially those outside of the UK. However, I’ll always do my best to help if something goes wrong so please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any concerns about your delivery.
